PetPicto provides AI portraits of people and pets at petpicto.com. For questions about your information or to make a privacy request, email support@petpicto.com.

Information we process

• Photos you upload, selected scenes, generation instructions, safety checks and generated portraits.
• Your email address, account details if you sign in, order number, purchase details and payment status. For physical orders, this includes the delivery name, address and other shipping details supplied at checkout.
• Support messages and any attachments you choose to send.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser, request logs, cookies and task identifiers used to operate the service, prevent abuse and diagnose problems.

Card details are collected by the payment provider. PetPicto does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Why we use it

We use this information to generate and deliver your portraits, process orders, arrange fulfillment, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performing the service you request, applicable legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and service operation, or consent where required. You can withdraw consent by contacting us; this does not undo processing already performed lawfully.

Service providers and sharing

Our portrait workflow uses KIE for AI image processing and SeeAPI for safety checks; uploaded images and relevant instructions may be sent to these providers. Cloudflare hosts the service and private media. The provider you choose at checkout, Stripe or Dodo Payments, processes your payment. Resend sends transactional delivery emails when email delivery is enabled. Support email is routed through Cloudflare to our support mailbox hosted by Google. Physical-order fulfillment partners and carriers receive the portrait and delivery details needed to produce and ship your purchase.

Providers may process information in countries other than yours. Applicable contractual and legal safeguards govern those transfers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect people, the service or legal rights. Uploaded photos and generated portraits are not automatically published in our public example gallery.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential cookies maintain sign-in, guest ownership and access to purchased downloads. Browser storage can remember your selected scene, recent task, language and theme. Removing cookies or site data can interrupt access to guest portraits, so save purchased files and delivery emails first. Where optional analytics or similar tools are enabled, use the cookie preferences offered on the site and your browser settings to manage them.

Storage and deletion

We retain photos, generated files and task records as needed to provide generation, downloads and support. Order, payment and security records may need to be kept longer for accounting, disputes and legal obligations. A download link's expiry does not mean the underlying files have been deleted, and the service is not a permanent photo backup.

Email support@petpicto.com to request access, correction or deletion. Include the email used for your order and an order or task reference if available. We may verify ownership before acting. Where an exception requires us to retain information, we will explain it. Your local copies and information independently retained by payment providers are not deleted by removing a PetPicto record.

Your choices and children's photos

Depending on your location, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection or a complaint to your data protection authority. Contact the same support address to exercise these rights. Upload only photos you are authorized to use, including permission from a parent or guardian when needed for a child's photo. The service is intended for adults placing orders; do not submit unnecessary sensitive information.
