Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of PetPicto at petpicto.com. By using the service or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the details shown for your purchase. Contact support@petpicto.com with questions.

Using PetPicto

You must be an adult with the legal capacity to place an order, or use the service with an authorized parent or guardian. Keep account credentials and private delivery links secure. Guest access depends on browser cookies or a valid delivery link; entering an email at checkout does not create or verify a sign-in account.

Photos, permission and acceptable use

You retain your rights in your uploads. You give PetPicto and the providers needed to fulfill your request permission to process them to generate portraits, perform safety checks, deliver purchases and provide support. You must have the necessary rights and permission from people shown, including appropriate guardian permission for children.

Do not upload unlawful or exploitative content, impersonate someone deceptively, infringe others' rights, bypass access or usage limits, or use the service to harm others. We may reject content or restrict access to address abuse, security or legal requirements. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

AI portraits and previews

AI can change likeness, anatomy, details and colors. Review the available watermarked previews before buying. Examples demonstrate possible styles; they do not guarantee an identical result. Generated images are creative content, not proof of a real event or identity. You are responsible for how you use them and for any third-party rights. We do not promise that an output is unique or eligible for copyright protection.

Purchases and delivery

Portrait downloads, device wallpapers and keepsakes are one-time purchases without automatic renewal. The selected product, price, currency, taxes and delivery details shown at checkout govern the order. Payment must be confirmed before paid access or fulfillment begins. An additional product is included only when the order says so.

Digital purchases unlock the selected portraits and sizes specified in the offer. Save downloaded files yourself. Private email or QR delivery links currently last 30 days and should not be shared publicly; anyone with a valid link may access the associated purchased files. Link expiry is separate from file retention.

Physical keepsakes are made to order and currently ship within the United States, with US shipping included in the listed offer. Check your portrait selection and address before paying. Screen and print colors may differ. Production and delivery information will be provided with the order or by support; contact us promptly about errors, delays or damage.

Refunds and existing account purchases

Our Refund policy explains how to request help, cancellation or a refund, including guest orders. Submitting a request does not itself issue a refund. A completed refund can revoke further downloads; it cannot remove copies already saved.

If you have an existing credit pack or subscription, the terms shown when you bought it still apply. Manage any renewal in Billing & subscription; canceling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions.

Availability and responsibility

We may maintain, update or temporarily interrupt the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent file storage or a particular AI result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by misuse, unauthorized sharing of a private link, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

Privacy, changes and contact
